  1. So that’s how it’s done… I just sent them a mail. Gosh, thank you for posting this. I don’t know why it is so hard to put that tiny e-mail address on their site. They probably know, that most of the people are to lazy to call the support…

  2. I found this to be quite helpful. I didn’t know that they wouldn’t allow you to directly terminate your account so easily that you have to give a legit reason to cancel it. but i have a question, if i don’t my ID, and i only gave them my e-mail address, will they still be able to cancel my account? just curious and worried. i really don’t have any use for that account.

  3. Joelmartin:
ty so much for posting this. I have been running in circules about this problem e several others. I dont understand why a companie with excelente products gives a such bad suport. I have been having many probles also becaus I cant talk to tham as calling is to expensive for me as I leave in Portugal.

I would like so much to have only 1 person in adobe that would talk to me using email, never got it.
Now I mailed them using the email you posted.

  4. I’m trying this myself to unshackle myself from their “creative cloud”. I will keep my fingers crossed.
